(1) Structure
The Executive Council
which is presided over by
the Governor,consists of ex-officio and nominated members. The ex officio: members are the

Urban Council
The Urban Council consists of 24 members with 12 appointed by the Governor and 12 elected
members. The term of
office for both members is four years, but a members can be re-appointed or
re-sted for further
terms.

chairman is elected
by the Council and can be an appointed member, an elected member, or any person who is not a :member.but has agreed t accept" election to such office. However, the vice-chairman is elected from among 24 membere of the Council,
