I have the honour to solicit your Grace's sanction of the enclosed Report and Estimate No. 19 of 1859, for a chapel in the Cemetery at the Wongneichung Valley, the old one having become entirely dilapidated and unfit for further use.
In the appropriation Ordinance for 1859 a sum of £1000 was set apart for this purpose.
