Mr Ellish. Mr. Tarrant, the Editor of "Athina the Friend of Thina" has been found guilty of the libel on Mr. Caine charged against him, and sentenced to imprisonment.
£50 fine.
I believe Mr. Caine intended to prosecute In Anstey for the publication in England of this libel but I understand that Mr. Anstey is going (if not actually gone) to India.
