Duke of Newcastle to acquaint you for the information of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty that the Governor of Hong Kong has reported that the amount is in course of repayment by Mr. Gunthorpe in monthly instalments and I am to state that when the Governor shall have reported the payment of the whole sum of £90 due to the Admiralty, this amount the Agent General will be instructed to pay to the credit of Naval Services.
