Correspondence, attendance at public offices, and the other incidents to the solicitor & attorney for the prosecutors,
as well as habits, and ... are quite foreign to my etiquette of my position, a member of the other branch of the profession. I would strongly advise that Mr. Cooper Turner be appointed to act as such and without delay.
