Causing Obstruction, Cheung Muk Shui, master of cargo boat was charged before Com mander G. F. Hole at the Marine Court yesterday morning with un- lawfully mooring his boat outaide fire others alongside the s.. Kum Saug, thereby causing obstruction to other vessels in the Harbour. The defendant pleaded guilty and was fined $ with the alternative of five days' imprisonment.
