At the Marine Court yesterday, before Lieut.-Commander G. F. Hole, R.N.. two fishing juck masters were each ined $3 for mooring in the Causeway Bay typhoon shelter without permission.

The Indo-China Steam Navigation Company's s.s. Cheng Shing, which re- turned from her trip to Canton on Tuesday afternoon, will leave here for Canton again to-morrow. She is at pre- sent lying at the West Point Wharf ready to receive cargo. Cargo and passengers will be carried at current rates, and the former can be landed into Company's godowns at Canton and storage arranged at favourable rates and reasonale pro- tection given. The Cheung Shing re- turns to Hongkong on Sunday.
