RiceWithin the period of a week, embraced by the report, more than 500 coyana of Rice have arrived at Singapore, The price of grain at Sama- rang, Batavia, and other Dutch parts has fallen very low and no inducement is offered to ship ortation. The effect has been to reduce rice on exportation, the bigh rates recently current at Singapore, emounting almost to a reduction of $20 per cayan,
