TEAR Since the arrival of the September mail the mar ket for Congous has assumed a much firmer aspect, about 19 chops were taken at a slight advance on the rates previously demanded. In Greens some fów transactions have occursed, though there is great anxiet evinced by tho Teamen to effect sales and the few transactions noticed give us some notion of the probable prices, though antich lower rates must be submitted to before any general settlements will be made.
