Co., LIMITED, of 8A, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 11th day of March, 1920, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Regis- ter of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--
in the name of GILMAN & Co., LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of Cotton Piece Goods of all kinds, in Class 24 and in respect of cloths and stuffs of wool, worsted or hair, in Class 34.
