OTICE is hereby given that FILTERIE BUGGENHOUT, of Buggenhout,

Texas, United States of America, and located FILTERIES REUNIES, of Alost, Belgium, Belgium, have on the 2nd day of December,
at Port Arthur, in the State of Texas aforesaid, and at 17, Battery Place, New York, United
States of America, have on the 24th day of October, 1919, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of the TEXAS COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark A is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of Paints and Painters Materials, Waterproof Paint and Tank Coating in Class 1, and the Trade Mark B in respect of composition roofing material and roofing of all kinds in Class 50.
A representation of each of the Trade Marks is deposited for inspection in the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
