The Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2, have been used by the applicants in respect of medicated toa in Class 3 since the 29th day of May, 1919; and the Trade Mark No. 3, has been used by the Applicants in respect of medicated tea, medicated oil, patent medicines and all kinds of medicated articles in Class 3, since the said 29th day of May 1919.

All the said Marks are to be associated with Trade Mark No. 223 of 1906 and with each other.
