Paulanerbräu Salvator- drauerei und Thomasbräu of Muenchen VII, Germany, who claim to be the proprietors there- of, but disclaim the right of the exclusive use of the words "Schutzmarke ". The Trade Mark will be used by the applicants in respect of Beer, in Class 43. The Mark has been used by the applicants since 15th March, 1900, this mark is associated with the mark No. 240 of 1928.
