Applications for Registration of Trade Marks.
NOTICE is hereby given that The Sincere Co., (Perfumery Manufacturers), Limited, a Company duly in- corporated and registered under the Companies Ordinances of Hong Kong, and whose Registered Office is situate at Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 5th day of December,, 1929, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks,of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of The Sincere Co., (Perfumery Manufacturers), Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 6 have been used by the Applicants since the year 1926, in respect of the following goods :-
Face Cream, in Class 48,
Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1925, in respect of the following goods :-
Hair Oil, in Class 48.
Trade Mark No. 3 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1924, in respect of the following goods :-
Tooth Paste, in Class 48.
Trade Mark No. 4 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1925, in respect of the following gosds :-
Talcum Powder, in Class 48.
and
Trade Mark No. 5 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1927, in respect of the following goods :-
Hat and Shoe Fluid, in Class 50.
Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 6 are to be associated with each other.
Trade Marks Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4, are to be associated with each other and with Trade Marks Nos. 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103 and 104 of 1922 and 102, 103, 104 and 105 of 1926 and 137 of 1927.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of a box and jar in Mark No. 1, to the representation of a bottle in Mark No. 2, to the representation of a box and tube of tooth paste in Mark No. 3 and to the representation of a box in Marks Nos. 4 and 5.
