NOTICE is hereby given that the Sze Sik Long Firm, of No. 41. Tai Sun Street, Canton in the Province of Kwongtung, in the Republic of China, have, on the 7th day of November, 1928, applied for the registration), in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

H), and Ching Ynen Kee Lo Ho, (E π) of Lau Young District, (), in the Province of Hunami, in the Republic of China, and at present at No. 17, Ko Shing Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 9th day of November, 1928, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:

in the name of the said Szo Sik Long Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Shoes and Boots, in Class 38

The said Sze Sik Lung Firm, disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of a shoe.
