NOTICE is hereby given that The Cathay Match Company, a company registered at the Royal Swedish Consulate General of Shanghai, in the Republic of China, have, on the 24th day of August, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

The Trade Mark have been used by the Applicants as follows:--

Nos. 1, 2 and 4 in respect of all goods in Classes 23, 24, 27 and 31, since the 1st of

January, 1928.

Nos. 5 and 6, in respect of all goods, in Class 24, since the 1st of January, 1928. No. 3 has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use the

same forthwith in respect of all goods, in Classes 23, 24, 27 and 31.

The said Trade Marks are to be associated each one with the others in each Class.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the Undersigned.
