NOTICE is hereby given that Tung Hing Tong of No. 69, Des Voeux Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Mor- chant, on the 28th day of August, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Re- gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz.:-
in the name of Li Yiu Chung, carrying on business under the name of Lee Hop Firm, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is his intention so to use it forthwith, in respect of Tea, in Class 42.

No. 2 in respect of all goods included, in Class 2 since April 1st, 1928. No. 3 in respect of all goods included, in Class 3 since October 1st, 1925. No. 4 in respect of all goods included in Class 3 since April 1st, 1928. Marks numbered 5 and 6 have not hitherto been used by the Appli- cants but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of all goods included in Class 3.
The Trade Mark No. 4 to be associated with Trade Mark No. 69 of 1911. No. 112 of 1912 No. 273 of 1922 and No. 196 of 1923.
