Lothian Engineering Works 104, Buccleuch Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, on the 25th day of November, 1927, applied for registration in the Hong Kong Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

in the name of James H. Lamont and Company, Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Metal pipe couplings and parts of such couplings; and tubular hot water circulating apparatus for use in drying towels, in Class 13, since the 21st December, 1923.
Representations of the above Trade Mark are deposited for inspection in the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
