Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Fussell and Company, Limited, of 6 and 8 Eastcheap,
London, EC., England, Manufacturers and Merchants, have, on the 21st day of February, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
SUNITA
in the name of Fussell and Company, Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof,
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of :—
Substances used as food or as ingredients of food including chocolatë, choco- late products, confectionery, milk products, butter and cheese in Class 42.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
