NOTICE is hereby given that I. G. Farben Industrie Aktiengesellschaft NOTICE is hereby given that Chau Chung

of Frankfurt A/M Germany, have, on the 1st day of December, 1927, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

Ting trading as The Chan Ngai Hing Firm of No. 30, Kwong Wa Street, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, has on the 18th day of January, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of

Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

the proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicant in respect of Thread Singlets, in Class 38.

The Applicant disclaims the right to the ex-

), meaning No. 1 Thread Coạt
