in the name of the said Messrs. National Aniline & Chemical Company, Ine, who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The above marks have been used by the applicants since 1919, (in Class 4), in respect of Raw or partly pre. pared vegetable, animal, and mineral substance used in manufactures, not included in other classes.
Registration of [Mark No. 14 above shall give no right to the exclusive use of any particular national colours and of the letter "N".
Mark No. 15 above is associated with Trade Mark No. 137 of 1920.
Facsimiles of the said trade marks can be seen in the Registry of Trade Marks and at the office of the undersigned.
