1923, in respect of the following goods :-

Chemical substances in this class including petroleum products, insecticides, disinfectants, deodorants, detergents and cleansing compounds, in Class 2.

This Trade Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 188 of 1927.

in the name of the said Wong Kon Nam Drug Store who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

A trade mark almost identical with the tra le mark it is now sought to register as mentionel in the firn's a plication in respect of Chinese Medicinal Preparations in Class 3 has been used by the said Wong Kon Nam Drug Store for over thirty years. The only difference is that a photograph of Wong Kon Nam has replaced a globe of the world other- wise the outlay and design of the trade mark is identical.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of all the Chinese characters appearing thereon.
