OTICE is hereby given that Chung Hwa Educational Supply Works of No. 561 Rue Lafayette, Shanghai in the Republic of China, Manufacturers, have on the 12th day of March, 1940, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:---

in the name of the Kwong Gat Cheong firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Joss-sticks in Class 50,

The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters K.G.C." nor of the incense burner and joss- sticks devices.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

Registration of the "Fuselage" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "SANDOW".

Facsimiles of the two Trade Marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
