9. The Government reserves to itself the right to resume at any time during the currency of the lease, any areas within the boundaries of the Farm Lot, provided such areas do not amount to more than half the area of the Farm Lot. Three months' notice in writing to be given by Government of any intended resumption and compensation to be paid for such resumption at the rate of $20 per acre.
