The "DIAMOND" Trade Mark (No. I above) is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of:-

(a) Class 38, rubber shoes, and

The "SHIELD" Trade Mark (No. 2 above) has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods since 1936 :---

Class 40, gas inasks.

Fascimiles of the above Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The Registration of the "Diamond" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "Safety" appering thereon, and the registration of the "Shield" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters thereon.
