Re CHAN YING-CHI of No. 16, New Market Street, 2nd floor, Victoria, aforesaid, Managing Partner of the WA ON CHEUNG Firm, Mer- chants, and of the KI ON STEAM- SHIP Co., formerly carrying on business at No. 83, Connaught Road West, Victoria, aforesaid.

HURSDAY, the 19th day of December, 1918, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the Special Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid.

At this meeting the creditors will be asked to consider the disposal of the debtor's fields in China and an offer by the trustee in bankruptcy to purchase them for $403. Tenders for the purchase of the fields accompanied with a cash payment of the full amount tendered may be lodged with the Official Receiver on or before the 18th day of December, 1918.
