The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicant in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in Food, in Class 12.

Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Stout, in Class B and Trade Mark No. 2 in respect of Stout. Porter, Ale and Beer, in Class 43.
