EMERGENCY POWERS (DEFENCE),
Control of Communications.
În exercise of the powers conferred by the vefence Regulations 1959. His Excellency the Governor hereby
nakes the following Order:-
Transmission otherwise than by Post.
1. Paragraph 1 of the Control of Communications Order. 1940" is amended by the insertion of the words `send or before the word convey' in the second line thereof and by the insertion of the words "sending or" hefore the word 'conveving in the third line thereof.
2. This Order may be cited as the Control of Com- munications Amendment Order, 1940,
