in the name of The General Electric Company Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the applicants in respect of Electric Lamps (Ordinary) in Class 13. The Registration of the said Trade Marks gives no right to the Applicants to the exclusive use of the representation of an electric bulb appearing on the said marks.
The said Trade Marks are to be associated with one another and with Trade Marks Nos. 325 of 1919, 161 and 162 of 1935 and Trade Mark No. 1 with Trade Marks Nos. 324 of 1919 and 54 of 1935.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
