OTICE is hereby given that Hing Wah Manufacturing Company (EAD) of No. 265 Queen's Road West, Victoria
in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 25th day of April, 1938, applied
for registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has not been used by the applicants in respect of Tooth picks in class 50 but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.
Registration of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
