OTICE is hereby given that Standard- Vacuum Oil Company, a corporation origanized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, in the United States of America, having its principal office at No. 26 Broadway, New York City, and a branch office at Union Building, Hong Kong, have on the 6th day of April, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks. of the following Trade Mark :

The said D.T.E." Trade Mark has been in continuous use by the Applicants since the 23rd day of January 1934 in Class 47 in respect of petroleum and products of petroleum with or without admixture and in particular lubricating oil.
The said "D.T.E." Trade Mark is deemed to he distinctive of the Applicants goods in Hong Kong by Order of the Court pursuant t› Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1909.
Facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and of the undersigned.
