NOTICE is hereby given that The Orient
Tobacco Manufactory C. Ingenohl Limit- ed, of No. 582, Nathan Road, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 3rd day of March, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

in the name of The Orient Tobacco Manu- factory C. Ingenohl Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Tobacco Pipes in Class 50.
