), and Ching Yuen Kee Lo Ho, (E πRZ) of Lau Yeung District, (2), in the Province of Hunam, in the Republic of China, and at present at No. 17, Ko Shing Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 9th day of November, 1928, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of the said Sze Sik Lung Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Shoes and Boots, in Class 38

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the office of the undersigned.

The said Sze Sik ung Firm, disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of a shoe.
