Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
NOTICE is hereby given that BRITISH
CIGARETTE COMPANY, LIMITED, (a British China Company) of 22, Museum Road, Shang- hai, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 5th day of May. 1916, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

GOLD COIN
This Trade Mark consists of a panel in which is depicted ten gold coins and two gold discs each attached to a blue ribbon. On the discs appear the words "Cigarettes 50 Deluxe." the foot of the panel are the words "Gold Coin Cigarettes".

CHIENMEN
At
This Trade Mark consists of two pictures of the Gate at Peking known as "Chienmen in two oval panels. Above one of the pictures is the word "Chienmen".

The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :-
Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
Facsimiles of the Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the office of the under- signed.
