ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 (6) of The Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1899 and of all other powers in that behalf enabling the Governor in Council hereby amends regulation 12 (g) of Table C in the Schedule to the said Ordin- ance by the substitution of the fee of $24.00 for $22.50.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council, by virtue of the powers vested in him, declared by Deed of Appropriation, dated the 12th day of May 1938, that the piece or parcel of ground therein described, and to be known as Inland Lot No. 288, should be appropriated as a Mussulman Cemetery, in lieu of the piece or parcel of ground described in the Deed of Appropriation dated the 15th day of July 1870, and which was also known as Inland Lot No. 288, and that the Joint Rules Regulations and By-laws published as Gazette Notification No. 343 of the Hong Kong Government Gazette No. 34 of 3rd August 1917 should apply to the piece or parcel of ground now appropriated.
