NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Declaration and Certified Copies of the Complete Specification and Letters Patent re- quired by the above-mentioned Ordinances have been duly filed in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the above-named VALDEMAR Engel- HARDT by STEPHENS & WILLSON his Solicitors and Agents to apply to His Excellency the Governor-in-Council of Hongkong for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said Invention, at a sitting of the Executive Council to be held at the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 23rd day of September, 1915, at 9.30 a.m.
