No. 616.-It is hereby notified that during the absence from the Colony of Mr. SEIKI YANO, Consul-General for Japan at Hong Kong, Mr. SHIROSHICHI KIMURA will be in charge of the Japanese Consulate-General.

His Excellency the Governor has also been pleased to appoint Mr. FREDERICK CHARLES BARRY to manage the Government Rice Monopoly under the direction of the Board.
