Kwong trading as the Fan Sui Wa Face Powder Manufactory of No. 20 Nam Cheong Street, Second Floor, Shamshuipo, in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, has by an application dated the 31st day of August, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

in the name of Tung ing Tong, who claims to
be the proprietor thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of Matches in Class 47 since July, 1935.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
