Application for Registration of Three Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Wai Shiu Pak alias Vi-Khai trading as the Yee Tin Tong Dispensary of No. 182, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, has on the 30th day of December, 1935, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz :-

in the name of the said Wai Shiu Pak alias Vi-Khai trading as The Yee Tin Tong Dispensary who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The Trade Marks No. 1 and No. 2 are intended to be used by the Applicant in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3 and the Trade Mark No. 3 is intended to be used by the Applicant in respect of Perfumery and toilet articles in Class 48.

That the two Trade Marks (Buddha device) in Class 3 are associated with each other and with Trade Mark s Nos. 147 of 1928, 250 of 1930, 211 of 1931 to 220 of 1931, 321 and 325 of 1933, 187 of 1935 and with the two trade marks of pending application Nos. 284 of 1935 and that Registration of the two trade marks (Buddha device) in Class 3 is limited to the colours as shown on the specimen marks affixed to the applications for registration, and that Registration of the trade mark the subject matter of application No. 1 shall give no right to the exclusive use of the packet devices appearing thereon.

That the Registration of the trade mark the subject matter of application No. 3 (trade mark in Class 48) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the tooth powder jar, of the numerals 22 either in combination or separately, and of the Chinese characters KK" and that this mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 183 and 188 of 1935 and that Registration of this mark is limited to the colours as shown on the specimen mark affixed to the application for registration.
