Tam Mi, New Territories aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee ") and that the transac- tion will be completed on the 22nd day of August 1937,
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Ngau Tam Mi, New Territories aforesaid under the style or firm name of "Kap- shui-mun Yuen Kee Poultry and Agricultural
Farm"(汲水門源記農場)
and will not assume the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor,
