ANNOUNCEMENTS.
4. His Excellency the Governor addressed the Council paying high tribute to the services rendered on the Council by Mr. José PEDRO BRAGA and Dr. Ts'o SEEN-WAN, whose membership expired on the 15th of January, 1937.
Standing Law Committee. His Excellency the Governor appointed the Honour- able Mr. CHAU TSUN-NIN to be a Member of the Standing Law Committee for 1937 in place of Dr. Ts'o SEEN-WAN whose term of office on the Council had expired.
