The above Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Chewing Gun, Candy, Confectionery, Sugar, Dried Fruits, Preserved Meats and other substance used as food or as ingredients in food excluding flour in Class 42. Facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "BUBBLE GUM" appearing thereon, and that this Trade Mark is associated with the "BOY BUBBLE" Trade Mark Pending Application No. 159 of 1936.
