Strand, West, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called " the Transferor") has transferred the said business of The Pak Loy Tong Sang Kee Firm together with the goodwill thereof to Kwan Lai Ho of No. 4, Fat Hing Street, (first floor), Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called
the Transferee ").
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
