hereby notified that at an Extraordinary Meet-N
ing of the abovenamed Company, duly conven- ed on the 24th day of November, 1933, and held at No. 18, Pottinger Street, Ground Floor, on Saturday the 16th day of December, 1933, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolu- tion:-
"That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its busi- ness and it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Messrs. Ho Ko Tsun and C. H. Lum be appointed Liquida- tors for the purpose of such winding up."
