OTICE is hereby given that the Wing Mau firm (****)
NOTICE
of No. 181, Queen's Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong,
Tea Merchants, have on the 4th day of May, 1933, applied for the registration
in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade
Marks:-

in the name of the Wing Mau firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants since January, 1920, and Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 have been used by the Applicants since January, 1931, and all the said marks have been used in respect of Tea in Class 42.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the Chinese characters and words except (EE) in the Gold Medal Mark.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Regis- tra of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
