OTICE is hereby given that at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the above. named Company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the Company at No. 465, Queen's Road West, Victoria. Hong Kong, on the 29th day of July, 1933, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed :-
"That it has been proved to the satisfac- tion of this meeting that the Com- pany cannot by reason of its liabi- lities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company he wound up voluntarily.
