OTICE is hereby given that at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the above. named Company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the Company at No. 465, Queen's Road West, Victoria. Hong Kong, on the 29th day of July, 1933, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed :-
