Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Mustard & Co. Ltd., whose registered office is situated at 6, Soochow Road, Shanghai, General Merchants, have on the 16th day of June, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of Messrs. Mustard & Co. Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark has not been used by Mustard & Co. Ltd. but is intended to be used forthwith in respect of Patent Medicines in Class 3.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the letters "AL" and undertake not to use the cross in red on a white ground, or in white on a red ground.
Representations of the Trade Mark are deposited for inspection in the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
