The Trade Marks No. 1 and 2 have been used by the Schering-Kahlbaum A. G. for ten years in respect of chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives in Class 1, Chemical substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary, and sanitary purposes in Class 2 and chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3.
The Trade Marks No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 have been used by the Schering-
Kahlbaum A. G. for ten years in respect of chemical substances prepared for use in medicine
and pharmacy in Class 3.
