A the above named Company duly convened and held at the Company's Registered Office No. 64, Connaught Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 20th day of July, 1931, the following Resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution, viz:

That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business; that it is advisable to wind-up the same and that Messrs. Phillip S. Lee and Lee Yick Wing both of No. 65, Connaught Road Central aforesaid be appointed as Liquidators."
