OTICE is hereby given that Hang Tai & Fungs Company, of No. 6, Hing Lung
Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong,
have, by an application dated the 5th day of
firm namo of The Wai Wah Company (November, 1930, applied for registration in
華公司) at Nos. 505 and 507, Queen's Road West Victoria aforesaid, Confectioners, are desirous of transferring the said business of the said Wai Wah Company to Cheung Man Wai (張文煒) of the Yee Hup Tong
(A) (who is the transferee) of
No. 117, Des Voeux Road Central Victoria aforesaid on the 2nd day of February, 1931.
The Transferee intends to carry
on the said business at Nos. 505 and 507, Queen's
Road West Victoria aforesaid, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- ferors in the said business.
